Behind the Scenes

Cake Freak is me, Angel here in Arlington, Texas. I started art school to major in media design and some how discovered my true passion for cake decorating after spending a small fortune on my education. I designed the website, bake the cakes, and decorate it all, well, my boyfriend custom builds all the supports when needed (Ha! I told ya I'd put it on here!). I love big cakes but I have to say that I specialize in the mini version. It's so much more fun to allow everyone at your event to have their very own handmade creation.
